Ordering - Shipping Information

• To order, just call us at (888) 594-7999 (US Only) or (714) 480-1000  and place order with Credit Card. Our staff will help you find exactly what you want when ordering. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept PayPal at this time.

• Email orders to rhinestoneguy@yahoo.com   This is a non-secure email site. I take time to answer all email as I can. IF you do not get a reply to a question, it is because I have replied and your email address bounced back to us. This happens frequently. Please make sure your email return address is correct before asking us questions. Thanks.

• Our Office hours are 8AM - 5PM PST. We welcome locals to come in, but please call before making the trip, for we may be too busy to give you the time we would like to.

• WE are testing Saturday opening. Our hours are 9AM-3PM Saturdays until further notice. This time is reserved for locals who wish to come in and purchase. And, Of course, we take phone orders on Saturday. Thanks

• We strongly advise purchasing the Rhinestone Sample card before purchasing Rhinestones. All Sizes and Colors are shown in actual Rhinestones on an 8 1/2 X 11" Window Pane version. Due to our very low prices, we cannot offer a return policy on rhinestones. Please know exactly what you want when ordering. Printed Rhinestone Guy Catalogs are available for $6.50, and Sample Cards are available for $20.00 Both item's price includes shipping.  Thank You

• Most rhinestones are sold in gross units (144 rhinestones per gross - by weight). Multiple gross purchases of same size/same color will be in the same bag.

• Full packages of rhinestones are sealed from the manufacturer. Swarovski packaging is: 5SS, 6SS, 7SS, 8SS, 9SS, 10SS, 12SS, 16SS, and 20SS have 10 Gross per package. 30SS is packaged 2 1/2 gross, 34SS, 40SS, and 42SS are packaged 1 gross. 48SS is packaged 6 Dozen.

• Colors in 40SS, 42SS, and 48SS are sold by the Dozen only. Swarovski has discontinued all production of colors in these sizes, and selection is limited to stock on hand. Swarovski continues to make 40SS and 48SS in Crystal and Crystal AB only. We do have a substantial color range on hand in 40SS and 42SS sizes, limited colors in 48SS. Do not plan on Colors AB or Effect colors in these sizes...we may have a few colors AB, but not many. 

• The demand for rhinestones is at an all time high. Shortages in supply are beginning to show up in  shipments to us from Swarovski and Preciosa. Plan ahead, have alternate desired colors in case the color you want is not available at any given time.  

• Jewels are usually sold by the Dozen (gross in some of the smaller sizes).

• All prices are shown in the respective pages of this site. Pricing information is included with each item, often shown in tables. The price shown is for the quantity shown at the header of each table. Most rhinestones and nail heads are priced by the gross (144 each). Most Jewels are priced by the dozen. Banding is priced per yard per row (2 rows 1 yard long is equivalent to 2 yards, etc. )

• Minimum Orders: Due to high cost of order processing, we have a $25.00 minimum order, excluding shipping. Very small rhinestones (5SS through 10SS) have a minimum order of 2 gross per size/color due to very low weight of items. Yard goods are sold by full yard increments (banding, fringe).

• Orders are processed the same day as received. Your credit card will be billed that day, and your order shipped within 24 hours. Usually, orders are shipped the same day unless they come in after 2PM PST.

• We ship US Priority Mail which is usually 1-3 days delivery to your mail box. If you need faster delivery, ask for US Express Mail, overnight to larger cities, 2 day to smaller towns. US Shipping costs are listed below:

  • US Priority Mail:  Shipping and Handling   $    7.25  (higher on packages that weigh 2 pounds or more)

  • US Express Mail: Shipping and Handling   $ 30.00

  • Additional Insurance required:              $ 2.20 for 1st 100.00 value, $1.00 additional for each $100 value

• Foreign orders are shipped US Global Mail or US Global Express Mail:

  • Most orders ship at about $ 15.00 US.  Canadian orders usually run about $12.00, Australian orders usually run about $15.00, European orders usually run about $18.00. Shipping expenses vary by weight. Allow 7-14 days for delivery. It is the clients responsibility to pay all Tariff or VAT charges on the orders. Ask our representative about shipments while ordering.

  • US Global Express Mail: Foreign orders that require quick delivery can elect this service. Billing will be done on a separate invoice, as we will not know the cost of the shipment until the package is taken to the Post Office. Global Express Mail may require additional insurance. This service is usually 3-4 day delivery to major sites around the world. Typical Global Express package mailing costs are in the $45.00 + range.  Some Countries do not offer this service. 

  • We do not ship Commercial Foot presses overseas. The freight costs are prohibitive (in excess of $300 US)

• PLEASE NOTE:  We will ship to your Fed Ex account number if you ask us to do so. The internal charge is $3.00 for packing and taking to Fed Ex site. We will NO LONGER ship to any UPS client number. We have been routinely charged, well after the fact, for these shipments by UPS! Often, the client has paid the shipping bill and WE end up paying it again. UPS is no longer a consideration in our shipping department. Clients may use UPS in shipping to us...no problem. But we will not use UPS under any circumstances due to excessive, erroneous billing on the part of UPS.  (Phillip Brandt, Rhinestone Guy, Inc.)
