Czech Preciosa Color Charts

Note: Preciosa Machine-Cut Grade One rhinestones are very good, about 1/2 step below that of Swarovski, still regarded as an industry standard, somewhat harder than Swarovski, have 8 facets about table. Colors are not identical to Swarovski...consult your color sample card. Preciosa rhinestones are much more flashy than Swarovski at distances greater than 4 feet, are the choice for costumers. Swarovski rhinestones look better up close.

Monitor and Hardware settings will affect colors shown. For accurate color and size determination, order a Color Card with sizes and Colors shown in actual rhinestones. Contains both Swarovski and Preciosa colors.

Please Note: Many of the Czech Preciosa colors are very similar to those of Swarovski. There are some differences: Siam and Lt. Siam are about 1/2 shade darker than the same colors in Swarovski (I like the Czech Lt. Siam better, and the Swarovski Siam better). Hyacinth in Czech is much more orange than that of Swarovski, there is no counterpart for Marea, a peachy salmon color that is an effect color and changes with angle of light. Aqua Bohemica is a tad more green than is Aqua, Green Tourmaline has no counter part in Swarovski, I prefer the Heliotrope in Czech to that of Swarovski....more effect, glows purple and teal.

Bermuda Blue is very similar to Meridian Blue in Swarovski...glows blue and/or green.

All other colors are very similar, Swarovski to Czech.
